This website is operated by DEMOXX (Kenny De Keyser), a Belgium-based artist project. For any privacy-related question you can reach us at bookings@demoxxdj.be.

• Booking inquiries: name, email, organisation, event details you submit through the booking form.
• Newsletter & free downloads: email address.
• Shop orders: name, billing/shipping address, email, and order details. Payment data is processed by our payment provider — we never store card details.
• Technical data: anonymous analytics (page views, device type) when you accept analytics cookies.

• Contract: to fulfil shop orders and respond to bookings.
• Consent: for newsletter, free downloads and analytics cookies — you can withdraw at any time.
• Legal obligation: to keep invoicing and tax records.

Booking inquiries: 24 months. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Orders & invoices: 7 years (Belgian tax law). Analytics: 14 months max.

Only the processors needed to run the site — hosting, email delivery, payment processor, shipping carrier. We never sell your data.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Email us at bookings@demoxxdj.be — we respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

We only set non-essential cookies (analytics, embedded players from Spotify/SoundCloud/YouTube) after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice anytime by clearing your browser storage for this site.
