By accessing this site you agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or misuse any part of it. All content (logos, photos, music, designs) is © DEMOXX unless stated otherwise and may not be reused without written permission.

Bootlegs and edits offered as free downloads are intended for personal, non-commercial DJ use. They may not be re-uploaded, sold, or used in monetised content. Original artists retain all rights to underlying works.

• Prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.
• Shipping times depend on your destination and are communicated at checkout.
• Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason, except for items made or personalised to your specifications. To exercise this right, email bookings@demoxxdj.be. Return shipping is at your cost; we refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

A booking inquiry sent via the booking form is not a confirmed booking. A booking is only binding once a written agreement is signed by both parties. Quoted fees are exclusive of tax, travel and accommodation unless stated.

The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEMOXX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited under Belgian consumer law.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
